Uncertainty, lack of control, and lack of information have become the norm in 2020. 

  • A political landscape in transition and turmoil,
  • COVID 19, 
  • racial reckoning long overdue, 
  • change, 
  • loss, and 
  • the holiday season, 

have many of us in a constant state of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and without the connection to our community that we might normally have…

Join us for this weekly touchstone of communal healing, self-care, building resilience and fortitude. Each week we’ll create space for learning body-based tools for nervous system regulation, mindful self-study, stress management and increasing the body’s capacity for calm in the midst of the storm.

What is TIMBo? TIMBo is a workbook-based, body-centred methodology that addresses the symptoms of trauma and chronic stress in the body. Each meeting will include a mindful discussion, gentle asana-based movement, breath practices and guided meditation.
